Former soccer players return for annual Lakeland Alumni Game

More than 30 former soccer players showed up and participated in the 2017 Lakeland Community College Alumni Soccer Game on Sunday, Aug. 20 in Kirtland. 

Former soccer players that appeared for the game include current Lakeland president Morris W. Beverage and former Lakeland coach and former Kirtland mayor Mario V. Marcopoli. 

This was the final exhibition for the Lakers as Lakeland will now open the season on the road at Muskegon Community College on Saturday, Aug. 26 at 11 a.m.
