Ben Gunter joined the Lakeland men's soccer staff prior to the 2022 season.

Gunter helped guide the Lakers to a 6-4 mark in 2022, which included four shutout victories. Lakeland compiled 30 goals throughout the season, including a season-high nine goals against Lorain County Community College on Oct. 12. 

Additionally, Gunter has experience as the U11-12 girls & boys competitive tier director for the Cleveland Force Soccer Club and as the program/technical director at Force Sports. Gunter was also the boy's soccer head coach for Trinity High School from 2012-18.
