Jack Michals joined the Lakeland men's soccer staff in April of 2022.

Michals helped guide the Lakers to a 6-4 mark in 2022, which included four shutout victories. Lakeland compiled 30 goals throughout the season, including a season-high nine goals against Lorain County Community College on Oct. 12. 

Prior to Lakeland, Michals was an assistant boy's soccer coach at Chagrin Falls High School for the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
