Kallista Hribar (Sturtevant, Wis.) turned her impressive freshman season into a spot on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-American Second Team for Lakeland softball.

"Kallista produced prolific numbers at the plate this season, hitting for power and average," said Jeff Morganti, Lakeland softball head coach. "It is an honor for her and our program to be recognized as an All-American by the NFCA."

Hribar finished the 2018 season with the nations second-best batting average at .615, which was also a record at Lakeland. Hribar also scored 52 runs, which is another record at Lakeland.

Hribar was naturally named to the NFCA All-East Region and was awarded All-OCCAC Conference player in her first season at Lakeland.
