Jordan Kramer enters her second season as the Lakers softball head coach in 2024.

Kramer comes to Lakeland with an expansive softball background which includes serving as the Eastlake North junior varsity head coach for the 2021 and 2022 seasons. Over the past decade, Kramer has also served as a volunteer assistant coach with numerous travel softball clubs including the Lady LandSharks, JIT Bandits and Mentor Big Red.

A 2018 graduate of Mount Union, Kramer was a four-year member of the Purple Raider softball team where she made 140 appearances overall, including 126 as a starter. She was a lifetime .347 hitter and owner of a .394 on-base percentage. Kramer amassed 81 runs, 40 RBI and 32 stolen bases throughout her career. She was a four-year M-Club letterman and was named an All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) selection in 2016. Kramer graduated with a B.A. in early childhood education and was on the dean's list on four occasions.

Kramer played her prep career at Mentor high school, where she helped the Cardinals to a pair of district softball championships, as well as a regional championship and a 2013 state final four appearance.

Kramer currently lives in Eastlake, Ohio, with her wife, Haylee. She is the daughter of Mark and Nina Kramer.
