Mark Kramer enters his first year as an assistant softball coach for Lakeland Community College.

Prior to Lakeland, Kramer spent two years as a junior varsity assistant softball coach at Eastlake North High School, helping the 2022 Rangers to a 15-1 record. Kramer has also spent many of the past 15 years coaching and managing teams within the Mentor Big Red travel softball organization. He has helped numerous individuals go on to play at the collegiate level, including his daughter Jordan Kramer.

Kramer, a former member of the Lakeland men's golf team, graduated from the college in 2000 with an A.A.B. business management degree. He went on to earn cum laude honors from Cleveland State University earning his B.B.A. business marketing degree.

Coach Kramer resides in Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio, with his wife Nina who is currently a teacher's aide at Mentor High School. Their daughter Jordan is the head softball coach at Lakeland.

Kramer is an avid golfer, he has yet to record his first hole-in-one.
