The NJCAA's 7th ranked Lakeland men's basketball team traveled to Malone University to take on the Pioneers JV team. The Laker's had little trouble in this contest as they jumped out to an early lead and held an insurmountable 60-20 advantage at the half. Lakeland then coasted to the victory in the second half. Lakeland had 4 players finish in double digits and 9 different players score overall. Kyle Jackson led the way with a game high 24 points. Chaze Harris and Landon Tillman pitched in with 14 points apiece while Ansy Oulare finished with 13 points.

Hunter's Highlights: "Tonight our focus was executing our game plan, which I would say we did. We executed offense in the half court and everyone got involved."

Next Up: The Lakers travel to Niagara County Community College on Friday for a rematch with the Thunderwolves. Earlier this year, Lakeland defeated Niagara at home in a tightly contested 72-65 victory. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
