Lakers held scoreless by Ancilla at home, 2-0

KIRTLAND, Ohio – Lakeland men's soccer was held scoreless at home as Ancilla College pulled out a 2-0 victory Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, Lakeland falls to 4-5-2 overall and 2-3-1 in Region XII play.

Both goals for Ancilla were scored in the first half as Lakeland held Ancilla scoreless in the second half.

Lakeland did get seven shots as Hans-Conny Chery (Toronto, Ontario) had two shots on goal while Cole Clausen (Conneaut) had the other shot on goal.

Lakeland will next travel to face Cincinnati State Technical & CC on Sunday, Sept. 30 at 3 p.m.
