Lakeland women's basketball had four players honored for their efforts on the court for the 2018-19 season.

Delesha Jackson earned first team All-OCCAC and Division II All-District I team. Alicia Sephus and Destiny Khay each earned OCCAC honorable mention and Ziona Williams earned OCCAC all-defensive team on the season.

As a sophomore, Jackson played in all 31 games for Lakeland and was the leading scorer at 14 points per game while adding 5.1 rebounds per game. In her two-year playing career at Lakeland, Jackson amassed 180 steals, which is good for third all-time in Lakeland history.

Sephus narrowly missed out on averaging a double-double her sophomore season as she averaged 10.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game. Khay was an outside sharp-shooter for Lakeland and averaged 11 points per game and hit a total of 73 3-pointers. Khay also tied the record for most 3-pointers in a game with eight against Bryant & Stratton (OH) on Jan. 9.

Williams earned a spot on the OCCAC all-defensive team with her 3.3 steals per game while averaging 9.4 points per game.

Lakeland finished the season with a 21-10 overall record and lost in the NJCAA Region XII District I championship game.
