Gardy's Gab: "It was a slow start for our team, but they really were able to turn it around and finish on a strong note. We got better as the game went along. I was pleased with our effort and play considering it was the first game. The ladies really played hard and for each other - it was good to see.  It's now time to turn the page and get ready for Delta in the TJ Tourney."

Next up:  The Lakers will host Delta Community College on Friday (11/8) at 4 pm in the annual TJ Memorial Tournament. The other half of the bracket will feature Columbus State vs Erie CC at noon.
