Lakeland’s Liz Serago signs to play soccer at Notre Dame College

Lakeland's Liz Serago played men's and women's soccer during her time at the College and is now signed to play women's soccer at Notre Dame College.

Serago played with the men's soccer team during her freshman season because there was no women's team during the 2017-18 school year. Following that season, Lakeland decided to begin women's soccer and Serago was a pioneer and a pivotal player in the inaugural season of Lakeland women's soccer.

Serago missed four games due to a concussion in the 2018 women's soccer season and had 10 shots on goal and one assist.

During the 2017 men's soccer season, Serago played in 12 games and scored one goal and assisted on another goal.

Serago was named to the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference in Spring 2018 and Fall 2018 semesters.

Serago will begin play at Notre Dame in the fall.
