FIFA-Monday March 11, 6:00pm
CarmenNingler-Farone 2-1 Iowa Western Community College
Till Oppermann (rescheduled) Union College
Ninger-Farone faced Iowa Western. Iowa Western won the first game 3 –1. The Laker's adjusted in the second game scoring six goals and winning 6-3 to even the series. Ningler-Farone scored six goals in the third match, winning the game 6-3 and the series.
Oppermann was matched against Union College. The match was rescheduled for Monday March 18th at 6:00pm.

 

Fortnite-Monday March 11, 6:00pm
Lakeland 1-2 Missouri State University – West Plains
Caden Gragg and Harsh Patel faced Missouri State University – West Plains. The Lakers won the first match 5 – 4. Gragg had 5 early eliminations which were enough to secure the win as Missouri State claimed 4 eliminations late game. The Lakers scored 15 eliminations but were outscored by Missouri State who won the game with 17 eliminations. Missouri State won the final game and the series after the Laker's went down early game with zero eliminations. The Laker's Fortnite team return to action next Monday March 18th at 6:00pm.

Mario Kart 8-March 14, 6:00pm & 7:00pm
Caden Gragg 3-2 Iowa Western Community College
Caden Gragg (rescheduled) Dallas Area Community College
Gragg faced Iowa Western in the first match of the night. IWCC came into this week 10-0 and the Laker's needed all five races to pull out the victory. After going down 1-0, Gragg would win two in a row with the help of power-ups. IWCC would secure a win in race four and force a fifth race. The Laker's would hold on to the lead going into the final lap of the race winning the series 3-2. The Lakers 7:00pm match vs Dallas Area College was rescheduled to next week. The Lakers will race in a triple header season finale next Thursday March 21 starting at 6:00pm.
